CyCon 2016 Keynotes Broadcast Live

CyCon 2016 focuses on the theme of Cyber Power, asking how the traditional concept of power applies to cyberspace. Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves delivers the opening keynote and leads a discussion on political change and the digital revolution. Other notable speakers include Professor Martin C.
